Shipping Policy

Processing Time All in-stock orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Orders with wrap customization may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design and current product availability. You will be notified if there are any delays with your order.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Carriers & Rates We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through USPS or UPS.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages Jay & Ko's Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly first, as they often have the most up-to-date information on your shipment's whereabouts. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us at jaykoscreations@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jay & Ko's Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at jaykoscreations@gmail.com before your order ships.
