Due to the personalization of these products/items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review you order and the details carefully before you checkout. 

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact within 2 BUSINESS DAYS if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

I'm so sorry that your order arrived damaged/defective or you got the wrong item. To get your refund started, please send clear photos of the issue to jaykoscreations@gmail.com

within the 2 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order. Once reviewed and approved, I will process your refund promptly. 

 

Non-returnable items 

 

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
